Mashala's Gentle Vapor rub is an absolute nursery "Must Have." There is really so little you can do for your baby when they have a bad cold. I use saline on my little girls nose which makes her quite grumpy with me. After I finish with the saline spray I give her a long massage with Mashala's gentle vapor rub. It soothes her and seems to help her get to sleep even when she is stuffed up. It's also great for my peace of mind as it's all natural. When I use it I know I am doing the best I can for my baby.
